How much time do I have to complete my selections?

You have 15 days from the time of contract to complete your selections. This is necessary to keep the house on schedule. In some cases where revisions are being done to the floor plan, an additional 15 days will be given. The total for plan revisions and selections are 30 days.

Can selections be made after the 15 days?

All selections must be completed by the buyer within 15 days, otherwise as per the contract the developer has the right to make its own selections, in order to keep the house moving on schedule.

If I decide I don’t want a package, what are my options?

If you decide you don’t want a package, you can choose from the vast selection in our showroom and simply pay for those upgrades.

If I don’t like any of the items offered, what is my alternative?

You have the opportunity to pay for additional design hours and visit our supplier’s showroom and choose items of your liking at the retail price.

Do you have upgraded items available for selection in your showroom?

Yes. If you’re choosing items from the base package and choose to upgrade an item, the only charge applicable is the cost of that item.

Are the options shown for a specific model the only options available?

The options shown are only a handful of hundreds of options available for our homes. You can contact a customer service representative for a complete list of the options available.

Can I make changes to the floor plan?

In an effort to keep our houses affordable and on schedule we use stock floor plans. Changes would not only require an additional cost but would also add to the amount of time it would take to complete the home.

What if I want to redesign my kitchen, for example, add an island?

Kitchens maybe be completely redesigned and customized; however the price difference between a package kitchen and redesign can be significantly greater. Kitchens can be customized as long as the changes don’t affect certain plans of the home, that would delay construction.

If I have a problem after closing who do I contact?

Your personal customer service representative will be assigned the day you sign your contract. Your customer representative will be able to help you with any questions or concerns you may have even after closing. They will assist you in any warranty claims as well.
